We are currently seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented

BIM Modeller

Responsibilities



Generating discipline-specific model geometry and associated metadata to objects, aligning with company and project guidelines; Applying architectural design knowledge in creating BIM models and assisting with discipline-specific model quality assurance; Experience producing drawings, plans and documentation from BIM models, and adhering to project specifications; Familiarity with industry standards on annotating up to DD Stage level of production; Updating and maintaining the models as design changes occur, ensuring accuracy and consistency with minimum supervision; Coordinating with other design disciplines on design changes and discipline-specific model updates; Developing, testing and optimizing Dynamo scripts to enhance workflows and project outcomes.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related construction design discipline; Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modelling within an architectural practice; Advanced proficiency in the current version of Autodesk Revit and Certified Professional in Revit is preferred; Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM360 is advantageous; Familiarity with workflows using CDE environment is required; * Fluent written and spoken English is essential or other language skills are advantageous.
