About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
BIM Modeller
with strong expertise inRevit and AutoCAD
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and managing accurate 2D and 3D models, coordinating with project teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality design and construction documentation.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update BIM models using
Revit
andAutoCAD
according to project requirements. Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design coordination. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries. Assist in clash detection, model coordination, and project reviews. Support project teams in implementing BIM workflows and processes.Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in
Revit
andAutoCAD
(experience with Navisworks is a plus). Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for construction/engineering projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate outputs.What We Offer:
