Job Description

We are supporting a leading contractor involved in a major infrastructure project, and they're looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and related software, aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
- Coordinate design information across disciplines, perform clash detection, and ensure seamless integration between design and construction teams.
- Manage BIM data within a Common Data Environment (BIM360 / ACC) and produce 2D drawings and schedules as required.
- Participate in coordination meetings and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain quality assurance through regular model reviews and compliance with project standards.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar).
- BIM-certified, with 3+ years of practical modeling experience in design, engineering, or construction.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and familiar with CDE platforms.
- Experience with LTA or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
