BIM Modellers (Structural/Archi/M&E)

• A1 main contractor

• Large scale iconic building/civil projects

• Construction MNC looking to build their BIM team

(willing to train 2D drafter keen to do BIM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and managing BIM execution plan.

• Responsible for development and submission of BIM model in accordance to BIM requirements.

• To develop 3D BIM model and make submissions to the Authority using BIM software(Revit or Microstation)

• Model update based on coordination result

• Report BIM issues to BIM Manager / Coordinator

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of BIM experience in building/infrastructure projects

• Revit certified or equivalent

• Able to complete models in a timely and quality manner
