About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Project Coordinator to support project teams in the creation and management of technical models and design documentation. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, high-quality digital representations of building systems, facilitating smooth collaboration between multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, develop, and maintain digital project models. Prepare proposal, shop, and final as-built documentation. Perform clash detection and provide resolutions to design conflicts. Conduct site inspections to verify drawing and model accuracy. Liaise with contractors and project teams to communicate design changes and new requirements. Propose model-based design solutions for contractors and vendors. Prepare and print final as-built documentation for operations and maintenance submissions. Follow up on revisions based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital modeling and technical drafting using AutoCAD or similar software; experience in complex infrastructure projects preferred.

For Technical Systems Coordination:

Experienced in modeling mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection systems. Ability to interpret other technical layouts, including electrical schematics and system diagrams.

For Architectural / Structural Coordination:

Experienced in modeling and drafting architectural and civil/structural layouts. Strong understanding of multi-discipline model coordination.

Additional Requirements

Workplace safety certification (WSQ/WSH) preferred. Proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Team player capable of independent work in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
