Bim Technician
Job Description
Serving as a liaison between the design and construction teams, coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day management of BIM projects.
Integrating models from different disciplines into a federated model.
Performing clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
Organizing and leading coordination meetings.
Ensuring project workflows and standards are followed.
Developing accurate and detailed 3D models from design concepts and drawings.
Updating models to reflect design changes and project progress.
* Specializing in a specific discipline, such as architectural, structural, or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) modeling.
