Responsibilities

Participate in the development and deployment of AI applications based on large language models (LLMs), including intelligent assistants, automation tools, and AI agents. Integrate and utilize mainstream LLM APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) to build AI-powered features. Assist in prompt design, optimization, and performance evaluation. Support backend development for AI applications, including API development, task workflows, and tool integrations. Contribute to the implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), knowledge bases, and agent workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world business scenarios. Assist with debugging, log analysis, performance tuning, and system stability improvements

Requirements

Must-have: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, etc.). Strong interest in AI, large language models, and AI-driven applications. Solid problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.


Nice-to-have: Experience using LLM APIs or AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation tools, or chatbots. Basic understanding of prompt engineering or RAG concepts. Backend development experience, including API design or system integration. Familiarity with common development tools and frameworks (Git, REST APIs, Java, Spring Framework).
