This role is focused on conducting research, developing software architecture, and implementing security methods in the field of Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, and Computational Biology.Responsibilities:- Conduct research in Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, and Computational Biology with a focus on human health.- Develop and maintain software architecture for data ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization in compliance with ISO data security, medical device, and HIPAA design controls.- Implement robust security methods for user and device authentication, authorization, and encryption.Key Skills and Requirements:- A degree in a STEM field.- Knowledge and experience in bioinformatics and programming.- Deep understanding of biological processes involved in biochemical and genomic regulation.- Comfort with the development of server-side cloud-based software and familiarity with programmatic access to databases.Interested or know someone who might be?
