The client is developing an order book-centric Decentralised Exchange (DEX) trading protocol that is secured by Ethereum, utilising a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) structure that has full control over its treasury. The Job You will be responsible for :

• Working with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation on the blockchain industry, including User Guides, Technical Architecture Document, API Developer Guides, Operation Plan, etc.
• Building and maintaining client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online videos, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
• Learning complex concepts, and communicating the information.
• Using research to establish the strategy for reaching out to the target audience.
• Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• You have 1+ years of technical writing experience.
• You are a self-starter, focused on achieving outcomes and enjoy learning.
• You are curiously passionate about Blockchain, Cryptography and related technologies.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• You have experience working on open source or blockchain projects.
• You possess strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience working with the following tools is preferred: Confluence/JIRA, Git & Github, Markdown, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• You have a good command of English and Chinese language due to communication and documentation in such medium.
