Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for maintenace and service works
Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement Preventive Maintenace work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's requirement
Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of Building Management system
Optimise BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption
Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Facility Management
Requirement
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
Proactive individual who can work independently
Good interpersonal and Communication skills
Able to multi-task and achieve deliverables on schedule
Able to generate project reports via Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Training will be provided.
