Job Description

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5: 30 PM
- Location: Jurong East
- Annual Leave from 16 days
Responsibilities
- Prepare and amend BMS system architecture, control schematics & cable routing drawings as well as provide drafting support.
- Ensure drawings are produced in accordance to requirement
- Keep & maintain records of drawings done
- Other duties as & when assigned
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standard
- Liaising with office printing equipment maintenance and suppliers.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or ITE drafting certificate
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in M&E building services, ACMV and drawing coordination in Singapore construction sites.
- Familiar with CP83 and able to use REVIT software
- Able to perform site measurements and translate into drawings with no or minimum supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD / Max 3D & Revit software (BIM).
- Work on site as & when required.
Working Hours Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Salary From S$2,500.00 to S$4,500.00
