5days, permanent, Boon Lay Our client: Building management system provider Year in the business:22years Product: Building management system solution and manufacturing automation control devices Industry served: construction/Building, manufacturer in semiconductor. Chemical, automotive BMS Project Engineer (Building management system) or Building automation Job scope

• To conceptual and design of mechanical/electrical/BMS engineering works

• Assist Manager in Project planning, budget cost control and execution of Project

• Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work

• Cross department /Sub contractor collaboration from conceptualisation till project delivery

• Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation that may include method statement and ensure timely project handover

• Proficiency in managing cost

• Update and upkeep relevant installation drawings

• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing

• Review non-conformities detected in product/work and determine the disposition of the non-conformities

Requirements:

• Diploma up Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 1 year up experience in project management of BMS (Building management system/ Building Automation)
