Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handling of vessel clearances
- Maintaining communication with crew
- Creating of vessel schedules
- Communication with relevant authorities on vessel pre arrival, arrival and departure processes
- Assist superintendent on vessel procurement and supplies.
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Marine or Logistics Field
- Must be competent with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu is a bonus to liaise with Bahasa Indonesia/ Melayu-speaking customers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under intense pressure
- Willing to work in Tuas area
