Body Wellness Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

hands-on training

in body wellness services. Train staff on

salon SOPs

, hygiene standards, sterilization, and client consultation etiquette Support

new staff onboarding

and ensure consistent service quality across outlets Identify training needs through salon audits, customer feedback, and manager inputs Develop and update

training manuals, checklists, visual guides, and demo videos

Evaluate staff competency and provide

coaching / retraining

where required Ensure all staff maintain a high standard of

professional grooming, communication, and posture

Conduct

refresher courses

and support introduction of

new treatments or products

Work closely with salon managers to monitor post-training performance and service consistency

Requirements

At least

3 years of hands-on experience

in the salon/beauty industry (body wellness therapy) Strong technical expertise in at body wellness therapy Excellent communication and demonstration skills Passion for teaching and developing others Able to deliver training in both

English and Mandarin

Familiar with

hygiene and safety standards

in salon settings Comfortable travelling to different outlet locations if required Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent is preferred * Certification in Workplace Training & Assessment (e.g., ACTA / ACLP/TTT) is a plus
