• Main Boilerman * Class 1 Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency * Experience as boiler attendant in charge of steam boiler * Work at height certificate * Above 12 Ton Forklift Driv Main Boilerman Class 1 Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency Experience as boiler attendant in charge of steam boiler Work at height certificate Above 12 Ton Forklift Driver License Comes from same industry or Petrochemical industry 1. Operate the boilers in the depot which include chemical dosage, pre-test of the boiler water and water softener dosage / treatment. 2. Ensure boiler maintenance program is followed liaise with contractors on servicing and repairs of the boiler and related equipment and accessories include returned lines, steam hoses / connections, steam returned lines, steam pressure control valves, water tank, etc and liaise with the Ministry of Labour Factory Inspectorate during annual inspection and feedback to the Operations Manager for action. 3. Carry out steam heating in accordance to requirement with proper temperature reading and recording Samples to be collected and labeled. Both laden tanks and samples to be delivered timely and ensure to observe all safety precautions at work and meet OHSE management requirement. 4. Observe no dark smoke emitted from the chimney and no chemical / oil / diesel leakage from drums, diesel storage tank or forklift truck. 5. Ensure proper survey is carried out on laden tanks. Any damages to be reported to customers immediately particularly on mal-function temperature gauge and missing seals. Also ensure tanks are stacked in manner for easy retrieval / release. 6. Assist in carrying out after hour immediate empty tank exterior survey and submit Equipment Inspection. Report for in-coming and out-going tanks when required. Report to the Tank Coordinator and Operations. Manager promptly on major damages. 7. Operating laden Hyster in on / off loading chassis and shifting in / out of storage / heating bay. 8. Assist to prepare tanks for cleaning after hours. There are 3 shifts for this position. The manager will inform the new hire which shift the candidate is in when onboard: Team A - 7.30am to 4.30pm (Mon - Fri) Team B - 4pm to 1am (Mon - Fri) Team C - 12.30am to 9.30am (Mon - Fri)
