Job Description
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining financial records of the company by accurately recording the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. Also responsible for accurately maintaining of proper accounts in a correct manner that can give great confidence to any company and the right kind of accounting. This position has to make sure that the accounting procedures and other processes are taken out smoothly.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, Record Update & Maintain Financial Transactions
- Processing of Check payments to Suppliers
- Conduct Monthly Physical Count and Quarterly Costing of Stocks
- Processing of Sales Invoices
- Issuance Collection of Receipts
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts
- CPA licensed
- Must have competent accounting and analytical skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Competent PC skills particularly MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fresh graduate or newly board passers are welcome to apply
- Pay raise
- Day shift
- 13th month salary
