JOB SCOPE
- Provide development oversight for RPA in terms of architecture compliance, interface design & review as established by RPA program governance.
- Identify automation opportunities of processes and work with business teams to develop RPA robots
- Provide troubleshooting support to ensure that bots are working as per business expectation in the RPA platform.
- Able to understand user/business requirements to complete robust technical solutions and development
- Use of Agile delivery methods during building of RPA bots
- Develop and deliver Bots as based on delivery schedules and timelines
- Conduct problem analysis and root cause investigation on bots performance
- Proactive and provide quick turnaround to business requirements and delivery requests
- Ensure that all required development documentation for bots are created and updated at all times
- Assist the CoE RPA Head in the management of the RPA program, meeting development timelines and schedule changes with business stakeholders
- Assist the CoE RPA Head to drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to achieve organizational goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in .NET 4.x and higher Framework (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework or Hibernate)/Java Development/PHP Development
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scripting skills and knowledge of RPA tools (Automation Anywhere V11 and A360 is preferred)
- Technical hands on experience especially scripting skills
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax, Jquery, XML
- Should have knowledge or working experience with database like Sql Server
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
- Minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or related IT Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with previous IT development background
- Experience with RPA Automation Anywhere software (V11 & A360) is preferred
- Experience with RPA software
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Must possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- A good team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
- Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently
