Position Summary
As our Boutique Manager, you will oversee and drive smooth daily operations and management of the Boutique in order to improve operational efficiency, sales & service performance. You are required to ensure that boutique customer journey and path to purchase is continuously optimized and to maintain the focus of the team on delivering best in class Customer Service at all times and to deliver on short and longer term sales targets while helping to ensure the boutique profitability.
A day in the life of...
You will lead the assigned Nespresso Singapore Boutique by determining the sales and qualitative objectives through analytical approves to the business, identifying relevant metrics to optimize with the team to achieve the sales targets. You will also be developing an annual business plan through analysis of business performance (including promotional calendar) to deliver desired objectives. Concurrently, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience and guarantee the consistency of the Nespresso Brand within the boutique by implementing brand campaigns & experiences together with the team, conducting daily and campaign specific store walks with a \'customer eye\' to ensure quality and consistency of experience and respond to customer complaints and feedback in accordance to Nespresso guidelines. You will lead the team in ensuring compliance in respective areas such as safety, operations and cash management in accordance to the respective guidelines and standards locally and internationally. As the Boutique Manager, you will work closely with HR in Talent Acquisition and Development matt ers to build a highly engaged and professional boutique team.
