Rare Full-time opportunity Opportunity to work directly with the franchisor UBX Boxing + Strength is an industry revolution. Training sessions are modeled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels. You will be required to: Run daily workouts of Boxing & Functional Strength Provide professional advice and consultation to members in both group and PT sessions Execute new member onboarding and existing member retention programs Assist in carrying out sales campaigns in order to increase membership via lead generation, brand promotion, social media networks and out-reach activities Participate in technical and personal development activities Maintain gym facilities and perform light cleaning Requirement Have solid boxing and functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to coach others effectively Experience in instructing group fitness classes Enjoy interacting with people and building meaningful relationships Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment Posession of fitness certifications or competiiton experience is an added advantage What You'll Get Earn additional commission from sales, member review, and PT sessions Career growth with 90+ UBX gyms globally.
