Bpo Quality Assurance Analyst Needed

Job Description
Our company is looking for a quality assurance analysts with team lead experience. We are looking for candidates that specialize in eCommerce and healthcare auditing. Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years experience in eCommerce client and platforms such as Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, Ship station, Fresh desk, Fresh chat and etc.
- Must have experience auditing and monitoring customer support, phones, chats, email, social media & sales (inbound/outbound).
- Must have 2-3 years Call Center Experience
- Bachelor Degree a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Focus on quality and customer service:
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills;
- Solid time management skills;
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company;
- Creative ability & writing proficiency;
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel);

1. Develop or understand evaluation programs or audit forms
2. Monitoring and Evaluation
3. Training and Coaching/Feedback
4. Assess agent’s performance
5. Monitoring trends
6. Reporting & Presentation
7. Attending to touch base meetings with clients
8. Attending to Monthly Business Review
9. reports directly to the Operations manager
