Role Overview



We are seeking a

highly organised, proactive Operations Manager

to ensure smooth daily operations, strong service standards, and team productivity. You will work closely with sales, therapists, and management to create a seamless customer experience and uphold brand excellence.


This role focuses on

operations coordination, staff supervision, training consistency, SOP compliance, client service standards

, and supporting outlet performance.


Key Responsibilities



Operations & Service Standards



Manage day-to-day medspa operations to ensure efficient and professional workflow. Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, hygiene standards, and SOPs are consistently adhered to. Monitor treatment scheduling, room turnover efficiency, therapist deployment, and customer flow.

Team Leadership & Development



Supervise, coach, and motivate therapists and front-of-house staff. Conduct skill assessments and coordinate regular training with senior therapists and doctors. Uphold professional communication standards and a positive team culture.

Customer Experience Management



Ensure smooth client journey from check-in to consultation and post-treatment care. Handle feedback and resolve service issues professionally and discreetly.

Performance & Reporting



Support monthly sales targets by overseeing package usage, therapist productivity, and retention rates. Review weekly performance metrics and report directly to Senior Management.

Inventory & Compliance



Oversee stock usage, supply orders, and treatment room readiness. Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years experience in

medspa, beauty clinic, or wellness operations

. Proven experience managing or supervising a team. Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and professional communication. Service-oriented with high attention to detail. Basic familiarity with aesthetic treatment workflows (facial / slimming / scalp) preferred. Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
