Job Description

Responsible for management of the entire branch and ensure that operational goals set by the company are achieved.COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any business course
  • At least 2 years managerial experience, exposure in skin clinic an advantage
  • With pleasing personality, good selling skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Good moral character, trainable and trustworthy
  • Self-motivated needs minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be willing to train for 2 weeks (with training allowance)
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In charge of sales and financial objectives of the branch Leads in attaining weekly and monthly sales targets Prepares staff schedule and assignment and ensure sufficient manpower daily Strictly implements company policies Prepares and ensures reportorial requirements are submitted and complied with on time Motivates staff and conduct coaching on customer service, selling and product/ service knowledge Evaluates staff work performance Signatory to all requests, gate passes, and purchase orders Check accuracy of reports such as inventory and sales incentive report Checks and countersigns official receipts, CAF, etc. before forwarding to the Accounting Department Checks and monitors all feedbacks/service evaluation submitted by clients and communicate to the Operations Manager Sees to it that services are rendered according to the standard procedures of Dermax Makes minor decision on matters pertaining to branch and recommends action plans for major concerns that may affect branch operation and company objectives Handles customer complaints according to established protocol Monitors the orderliness and cleanliness of the Branch Clause of all other work (i.e. business permit renewals, etc.)Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
