Overview:

• Basic Up to $6k
• 830am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
• Location: Tanjong Pagar

Job Responsibility * Coordinating and managing a small team of about 5-10 pax, overseeing all end-to-end operations as well as conduct training for new team members.

• Improve processes and systems to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency
• On a daily basis, lead the team to perform Post Application Check (PAC) list which includes all newly approved applications/assessments and/or existing applications/assessments that are pending amendments.
• On a monthly basis, lead the team to perform Disbursement List (DL) check which includes all beneficiaries/assessors who are eligible to receive monthly payouts. Perform a second independent check on the DL to verify eligibility checks are conducted accurately and payment months are computed correctly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant Audit, Accounting, Finance or Business experience
• At least 5 years of experience in team management alongside 2 years of leadership experience (At least team of 5).
• Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
