Beauty Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and management of the salon, driving business performance.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve team targets.
Train, motivate, and manage staff to build an outstanding service team.
Maintain customer relationships and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty industry, with knowledge of beauty products and service processes.
Strong sales skills and team management experience, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle unexpected situations.
