Job Description



Prepare monthly detailed reports on buying/service subscription trends, customer requirements, and profits Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records Monitor inventory levels and order new items upon low stocks To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception. Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures, and systems, and makes recommendations as necessary Perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers Exposures to diverse beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening, etc. Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments, and service packages to customers Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target Manage customer complaints on a timely manner

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years experience preferred Strong leadership capability in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in MS office
