Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible in working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation


Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales target are achieve by individual and team performance


Ability to drive sales and build new customer base


Promote brand awareness and company's service/ products to customers


Handle customer's feedback professionally


Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

Requirements

At least 4 years of similiar experience in Beauty/ Spa industry


Strong communication skills and selling techniques


Able to work on weekends and PH preferred


Good management and service skills


Able to work commence work immediately or within short notice period
