Branch Manager Responsibilities:

Have some people management experience, and able to collaborate effectively, motivate and lead others with integrity to achieve results.
Manage both internal and external relationships.
Provide and demonstrate selling techniques daily.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating teams to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the brand\'s standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective retail strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
Ensure that every customer interaction reflects the brand values and delivers an exceptional service experience.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop employees\' skills and capabilities.
Strong command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Experience in Travel Retail is an added advantage.
Any other duties/works as assigned by the Director
Able to handle stress, tight deadlines, and multitasking
