:Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team.\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfKey Responsibilities:
\xef\xbb\xbf- Oversee the branches financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Connect operational activities with P&L outcomes, ensuring that all operations contribute to the branches financial goals.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing levels, and foster a positive work environment.
\xef\xbb\xbf- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Ensure the branch facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Supervise and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and meet sales targets
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf- Implement and monitor branch policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance, identify and address operational issues, improving overall branch performance.Requirements:- Several years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail, cinema, or indoor theme park industry is preferred- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and performance management.- Strong problem-solving skills
