Our client is a holding conglomerate that provides financial services to the under-served through a combination of digital microfinancing and strategic planning. They are looking for a Branch Manager to join their HQ in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Managing outlet staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and monitoring branch service standards.
• Oversee the performance of all employees.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.Bring out the best of the branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
• Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Develops personal growth opportunities.
• Achieve branch sales targets, goals and objectives

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of managerial experience and preferably with Financial Services Experience
• Minimum qualifications of Diploma or Degree
• A strong individual who has independent views and able to influence others
• Result oriented individual who can drive deliverables within timelines
• High level of business ethics and integrity
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills.
• Analyse and plan operational reports
• Show creative problem-solving and make effective decisions
• Eager to learn and able to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
• Possess good management and strong leadership qualities
• Strong interpersonal skills and team management skills which are able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels
• Strong sense of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
