Job Description
Welfare and Remunerations Package:
- Fixed Basic ($3200 - $3700) based on experience
- Minimum Commission ($1,400 and above with no cap)
- Quarterly Bonus (every 3 months)
- Yearly Flexi-Allowance ($1,000)
- 21 days of Annual leave + 1 Birthday off
- Achieve and tailored new business and customer acquisition goals within the retail as well as highly affluent clientele
- Set an appointment with the leads provided
- Capitalize on sales opportunities via customer events, financial reviews, and engagement activities
- Manage relationships in accordance with customer service and compliance guidelines
- Degree /Diploma in any field
- 1-2 years prior Banking/ Finance/ Retails / Sales experience are welcome
- Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
- CMFAS certs an added advantage
- Entry-level is welcome
- Career progression via a corporate structure
- Performance review on the 6th month
- No clawback of commission
- Full-time / Permanent position
