BE ONE OF THE BRANCH STAFF IN OUR MALABON BRANCH OFFICE.Blumex Plus Credit Investor Inc. is looking for a proactive and adaptable Branch Staff to join our growing family.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Must be willing to be trained.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Proven solid Excel skills), Business Intelligence, Good people and communications skills (good leadership), very analytical, honest, hardworking, mature and flexible
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays, if necessary
• Must be amenable to work in Malabon and within CAMANAVA Area
• Can start immediately

JOB SUMMARY:

• Shall implement new product through discussing the product information his/her branch.
• Monitors the movement of the branch's product.
• Shall be in charge in all marketing strategies of all branches.
• Conceptualize, prepare and develop strategies for branches
• Schedules weekly saturation.
• Recommends promotional activities.
• Shall exercise effective supervision over Agents in the matter of referral for prospective clients on a regular basis. This also includes your responsibility to brief/train agents to be effective in their assigned tasks.
• Monitor the agent's new client every month
• Meeting the agent to discuss their production every month
• Shall still perform duties needed for branch operations such as loan processing and other report.
• And other duties and task may be assigned to your position from time to time upon management's requirements.
