Customer Advisor x 10 / Store Manager (luxury menswear, CBD/ Changi, Basic + com up to 5K)

- As Brand Ambassadors, you help engage the Customers in the discovery of our heritage through stories and creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm
- Consistently and effectively networks to attract new customers and develop a customer database
- Anticipate customers expressed and unexpressed needs and wants and responds
- No prior experience required (training will be provided), or 1 year or more of experience in retail.
- Interest in fashion goods with a good sense of fashion knowledge
- Excellent experience in customer service or sales roles
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays on a shift basis
- Passionate, open-minded and customer-oriented
- Proficient with digital technology
Working Location: MBS, Paragon or Changi Airport T2
Working hours:
- Morning / Afternoon Shift: 8-9 hours with 1 hour meal break
- Full shift is from 10-10, with 2 breaks (45mins each meal break)
