Roles & Responsibilities
- Distribute promotional materials, flyers, product samples, brochures
- Promote ongoing information on Ella specialty, special offers, specialty coffee
- Create connection with coffee lovers thru social app
- Introducing and educating Ella to the walk-in customers
- Providing highest level of customer service
- On site customer engagement, upsell & introduce seasonal coffee
- Dual role as the sales representative by selling Coffee each day with target
- Support on Ella Fulfilment & Maintenance Task on site
- Promoting brand, sales and marketing programs
Crown Digital is looking for someone who
- Is outgoing, resourceful and friendly
- F&B / Retail experience is a plus
- Proactive, dynamic and shows initiative
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with people
- Acquire knowledge of Companys' main products & Unique Selling Point
- Sales Driven & Results Oriented
- Undergo trainings skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform in accordance
- Working Hours: Hourly Rated
