Company Profile
Palola was founded by two craftsmen who had a shared vision to mend the broken bond between the wearer of the shoes and the shoemaker. For years, shoe brands moved away from traditional shoemaking, and started industrialising shoemaking processes. This resulted in shoes that were made by factory workers in assembly lines instead of shoemakers who understood the wearers\xe2\x80\x99 feet, and how to make shoes that would look good and fit well. Bespoke shoemaker Josh Leong, honed his craft at Italian bespoke shoemaker, Stefano Bemer, and currently heads the shoemaking team at Palola. Together with Jeremiah from The J.Myers Company, the founders set out to create a brand of footwear centred around style, but more importantly, comfort and craftsmanship.


We currently seek a dedicated and passionate Ambassador to work within our boutique. The successful applicant will have flexible availability, and may be required to work weekends. Who we are looking for Palola proactively seeks out astute, creative, passionate individuals who think laterally and are capable of delivering work of the highest standard. We encourage you to apply if you have:

• Previous experience within retail, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques.
• The ability to communicate with warmth, energy and sincerity.
• A genuine interest in others.
• The capacity to learn and sell products.
