They are looking for Brand and Creative LeaderPurpose of job:Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for leading the creative team to take the lead on strategic thinking, concept development and visualizations, as well as art direction across all digital and out-of-home productions.You are an exceptional creative who is fluent in the principles of design, and a pro-active and independent thinker who loves a good challenge. You have a natural eye for design, and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with our target audience. You are a champion for great creative work that represents the brand, and always willing to fight enthusiastically for good branding.Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:- Brand Strategy: Define a robust brand strategy that solidifies their brand as a leader in the education sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.- Driving brand campaign ideas for campaign launches, cutting across overseeing of storyboarding to video production to static visuals that articulates a clear and compelling brand narrative.- Brand applications across internal collaterals and centre facade (Centre design, HR-related announcements, events, business cards, letterheads)- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure campaign deliverables meet stakeholder expectations from branding toideation to delivery.- Conceptualise ideas, set the art direction, and manage creative projects to produce stunning visuals formarketing campaigns, events, and overall branding.- Stewardship of their brand systems including logo, typefaces, colour palettes and graphic motifs- Work closely with the content development, digital, and events teams to plan and execute the creative pipelineo Social videos and display bannerso EDMso Digital activity bookletso Programme brochureso Posters and OOH advertisements- Work closely with the digital team on the website design and interface to be in-line with the brand\'s visual identity.- Lead the conceptualization through execution of our video content strategy.- Lead a small team of creatives and be fully responsible for the quality and timeliness of the team\'s output.- Work with and challenging the creative agency for brand campaigns.Requirements- At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent.- 9 years related experience in print or digital design with 3+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporatebrand setting.- Has strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.- Proven experience in leading a creative team executing marketing/advertising campaigns from developingcreative vision to production on time.- Excellent organizational and communication skills, working within tight timelines with a quick turnaround.- Expert user of the latest Adobe Creative Suite, in particular After Effects, PremierePro, InDesign, Illustrator, andPhotoshop.
