This role is primarily responsible to manage our brands and partners end to end e-Commerce performance including, sales, marketing, inventory, pricing, on-site visibility & traffic, collaboration, evaluation, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Strategic account management of assigned brands on e-commerce marketplaces Daily management and planning of stock inventory, forecasting & ensure high stock availability, and low aging inventory Develop and execute campaign promotional planning, pricing strategies, and budgeting (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers, etc), and ensure compliance in the execution Submission of marketing claims recovery and other service fees to vendors within contractual terms Perform post activity/promotion analysis so as to improve and enhance forward plans (e.g. store performance, inventory turnover, and sell-through, etc) Onboarding of new brands on marketplaces, and overseeing the entire store onboarding requirements. Liaise with both brand owners and platform partners to build strong rapport and engagement, establish a good understanding of brand performance across all channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives Monitor & analyze site traffic, paid ads performance, and customer buying trend Manage day-to-day store operations e,g, listings, SIS, CEM, and orders are shipped on time. Support the manager on business/operational matters follow-up, tracking, and progress update Achieve set sales target and KPIs given Do you have what it takes: Experience in retail or merchandising experience or in a similar industry Keen to work in the eCommerce industry Good analytical skills with strong business acumen Strong communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Good team player, yet independent with minimum supervision .Note: Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
