Responsibilities: 1. Support the Marketing Manager in the development of the National & Regional Brand Marketing Plans, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals. 2. Work with the multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitor performance of the support plans. 3. Support the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment. 4. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department\xe2\x80\x99s activities 5. Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc - Design, build and maintain our social media presence 6. Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format 7. Assist in the brand\xe2\x80\x99s day to day operational activities including monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. 8. Source advertising opportunities and place adverts as appropriate to the product or service 9. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires 10. Design and oversee ad layouts, (work with marketing agencies, internal creative designer or freelance graphic designers) bundle pack labels/ designs etc. 11. Write copy and content for marketing material 12. Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters. 13. Work with BTL vendors for effective and efficient deployment and work closely with sales and regulatory teams 14. Understadning of e-commerce business \xe2\x80\x93 translations/ providing images/ deciding on promotions and managing mechanics. 15. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and sales force training 16. Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company\xe2\x80\x99s presence in the market 17. Be the single point source for all customer complaints 18. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 19. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals 20. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the trends 21. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 22. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 23. Lead marketing projects from the frontline 24. Attend all meeting and training programs when required 25. Support all other ad-hoc duties as and when required Requirements:
