About the Role

As a

Brand Experience Specialist

, you will be the voice and heart of MAD School. You'll engage with prospective students, corporate clients, and partners to share our story, guide their journey, and craft meaningful experiences that reflect the essence of our brand.

What You'll Do

Be the first touchpoint for prospective students - engaging them through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online enquiries. Conduct meaningful conversations to understand their goals, passions, and motivations, and guide them to the right program. Communicate MAD School's vision and values with authenticity and inspiration. Follow up with care and consistency, ensuring each individual feels heard, supported, and valued.

Lead B2B outreach

- pitch and present MAD School's programs and training solutions to corporate partners, schools, and organisations.

Source and develop partnerships

that expand our reach and amplify our impact. Support and represent MAD School at open houses, education fairs, and industry events. Contribute creative ideas that enhance the overall student and partner experience.

Who You Are

You believe deeply in education's power to change lives. You're a natural communicator - warm, confident, and empathetic. You have the passion to inspire and the discipline to follow through. You're creative in how you connect, present, and engage. You have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. Experience in education, branding, partnerships, or client engagement is an advantage -- but a genuine desire to make an impact matters most.
