Summary


We are an emerging player in the wellness, aesthetics and longevity space, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager / Marketing Executive to join our growing team.


In this role, you'll be the key person driving brand visibility, building strategic partnerships, and leading on-ground marketing execution. This is a dynamic role suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment





What You'll Do


Spot and create opportunities to elevate our brand presence


Approach and explore collaborations with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle partners


Study the market, track what's trending, and help us stay ahead


Coordinate logistics and execution for marketing activities


Review campaign results and advise management with actionable insights


Handle social media and lead of customer services team





Daily Key Responsibilities:


Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and secure partnerships with wellness, lifestyle, and media partners to drive exposure and business synergy. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to guide marketing initiatives Campaign Execution: Coordinate marketing events, collaborations, and promotional campaigns end-to-end -- from planning to logistics. Customer service & PR: Lead and supervisor of customer service team Networking & Representation: Attend industry events, media briefings, and networking sessions to represent the brand and build relationships.


Requirement


Passionate about branding, beauty, and strategy Confident communicator who enjoys planning , networking and collaboration Analytical, organized, and results-driven (preferred)Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field Experience in cosmetics/aesthetics branding (2+ years) preferred
