As a

Brand Manager

, you will oversee brand-building initiatives that will lead to the implementation of strategic marketing program while working closely with Brand owners and internal stakeholders. You will manage multiple marketing platforms and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:



Develop and Execute Go-to-Market plan based on products/ brands objectives and direction. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies which include pricing strategy and channel leads. Lead Campaigns and test launch marketing activities, and Oversee execution of In-Market Activation plan. Work with co-workers on developing sales & purchase forecast, budget and plan. Provide support within assigned channels and maintain channel expertise according to business objectives. Monitor and ensure achievement of performance goals. Presentation and Reporting to the Management on Brand Developments & Activities, Data Findings and Results. Share learning & best practices with stakeholders. Develop, coach and mentor direct reports/peers.

Requirements:



Degree Holder with at least 5 years' experience in marketing, brand management, communications, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. 3 years of specific F&B industry marketing or sales experience will have an advantage. Skilled in building collaborative relationships and working with cross functional teams. Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS database at an intermediate level.

What Will Set You Apart



Luxury marketing experience; On-Premise Spirits/Wine experience; Ambassador Management experience; Experiential marketing campaign development and execution experience; Tasting room management experience (wine or spirits); Direct to consumer sales experience (alcohol beverage or luxury consumer goods a plus); Experience in training and developing junior level brand marketers in executing brand and organizational objectives; Experience in managing business operations and leveraging basic finance and accounting principles; Experience in performing work that is complex and varied in nature, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
