Your Role as a Brand Manager



Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand management and eCommerce growth? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our eCommerce initiatives across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other local marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategies, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities



Drive eCommerce Growth Strategy - Drive sales and profitability by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple eCommerce platforms. Collaborate Across Departments - Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Country Manager, and cross-functional teams (Media & Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain, and Studios) to enhance customer engagement and revenue. Market & Data Analysis - Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Lead Clients & Partner Management - build long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients; act as the primary point of contact for brand partners and work closely with eCommerce platform owners. Performance Management & Reporting- Lead performance analysis and business reviews, delivering sales and market insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions. Profitability Optimization - Continuously assess and improve brand profitability by implementing data-driven strategies. Enhance eCommerce Supply Chain & Operations - optimize efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance across online channels. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Keep up with the latest developments in Beauty, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Requirements



5-7 years of experience in Brand Management, Key Account Management, or eCommerce - preferably within Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare. Hands-on experience with major eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. You have 2+ years of leadership experience, guiding teams, and driving strategic initiatives. You have strong commercial and account management capability across strategy, operations, and execution. You demonstrate excellent communication skills: clear, structured, and confident in both written and verbal forms. You have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive dynamics. You bring commercial acumen with a proven record in brand profitability and performance growth. You are a self-starter and team player with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset. You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decisions. You are experienced with major eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and champion best practices to drive marketplace success.
