Responsible for the tactical marketing portfolio of Gleneagles Hospital and Parkway East Hospital in Singapore * Support campaign launches from scoping to final delivery, drive execution meetings across functio The Role Responsibilities Responsible for the tactical marketing portfolio of Gleneagles Hospital and Parkway East Hospital in Singapore Support campaign launches from scoping to final delivery, drive execution meetings across functional teams & stakeholders, track deliverables against KPI set. i.e. Digital plan (including Search KPIs) Focused on project delivery based on set KPI & set realistic milestones Map project plan from strategic brief, define internal work structure, track milestones & generate reports, financial management of projects (i.e. Raise PRF for MMD to raise PO, close invoices, report accruals etc.) Oversee branding consistency on premise at the hospital Oversee content calendar with the editorial team Assist Brand manager in Singapore-wide hospital campaigns Competitive analysis User acceptance testing (UAT) for campaign pages in-app and web Media/KOL monitoring for relevant articles or posts related to campaign Project manage with agency support of creative shoots to integrated marketing campaigns Key accountabilities Requirements Good written and communication skills Self-driven, fast learner, armed with a 'can-do' attitude, able to work independently and in a team Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Any prior experience with PowerBi will be advantageous
