Creation of trade marketing activities through cross functional team consistent with brand managements overall strategies & approved trade budget . Identify brand opportunities through segment growth trends & consumption opportunities within channel . Guide & influence Joint Business Planning . Guide & manage trade visibility and POSMs development to ensure consistency and relevancy within channel . Create impactful selling stories & preparation of best in class toolkit for sales to achieve desired outcome . Manage all assigned activities & briefing to relevant teams to deliver desired results on time & within budget . Monitor progress of promotion and implementation to trade . Review process & post evaluation of activities & continuous exploration/improvement on ways of working to improve effectiveness & efficiency of current/future promotions. . Opportunity to plan, lead & execute special projects or key festivities on a larger scale. Job requirements: . GCE O levels or Diploma in any discipline . Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG / Beverage industry. . Proficient in Microsoft Office . Highly organized and meticulous with strong presentation and negotiation skills . Ability to perform under stress, multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines.
