3-month Brand Marketing Internship

No, this isn\xe2\x80\x99t just social media, SEO, or Google ad marketing. Brand Marketing is what gives all the above direction (and at times, restraint!). It\xe2\x80\x99s the big picture that increases the value of products or services, not their sales.

So, as a Brand Marketing Intern, you\xe2\x80\x99ll assist and work with our experienced consultants in setting strategy, plotting long-term goals and manoeuvring challenges for clients big and small.

Who We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

You\xe2\x80\x99re someone who sees the devil in the details, and aren\xe2\x80\x99t afraid to show him who\xe2\x80\x99s boss. You enjoy fully understanding the task first, before diving deep. You play support and plan ahead when others charge blindly.

Practically, you want to build a career in brand consulting and marketing, and want to experience the full picture, and not just one tiny aspect of it. As an intern, you will work closely with our senior consultants to support the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategies for our clients.

We are only accepting interns who are graduating or have graduated in 2023, because we intend for this internship to transition into a full-time position (with benefits to boot). This is an excellent opportunity if up for a hands-on adventure in the field of big-picture marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour to support the development of brand strategies for startup and SME clients across a variety of industries.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for brand building, marketing, design or business development purposes.
• Collaborate with partners in print, design and social media marketing fields to provide support on various brand development and marketing projects.
• Attend client meetings and take effective notes to ensure that all client requirements are met.
• Assist in developing and implementing brand development strategies on digital media, out-of-home media or traditional media.
• Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns and events for the firm or for our clients.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to carry yourself well in a variety of professional and social situations.
• Tenatious determination to hone soft and hard skills along with a strong curiousity for world affairs.
• A strong interest in branding, marketing, and advertising.

Full-time Opportunity After Internship

This internship has the option to convert into a full-time Brand Marketing Associate based on performance and availability. As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will take on a more significant role in client engagements and lead your own projects under the guidance of our senior consultants. Apart from a competitive base salary, full-time Associates may be given equity based on performance and initiative.
