The Role
To deliver on our purpose on making wonderful sound part of everyone\xe2\x80\x99s life, we are a looking for a Marketing executive to play a key role in the Commercial organization by assisting in the development and implementation of brand strategy and various marketing activities (including advertising, marketing campaigns and innovation), to achieve specific brand objectives, including delivery of sales, market share and country penetration targets. The Manager will also assist in leading a cross-functional team in the planning, execution and analysis of various projects and initiatives. Essential duties and responsibilities: Translate the brand compass into brand activities including creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness and ensuring brand presence in our various channels Develop a strategic plan to grow brand awareness/advocacy & drive incremental exposure for our key products while bringing brand DNA to life Shape and implement marketing projects, including partnering with other commercial teams on specific initiatives, in support of brand objectives Lead initiative and influence brand strategy and growth opportunity recommendations leveraging customer, consumer and brand data and insights Analyze and review brand and competitive performance to offer recommendations to increase effectiveness of plans and identify opportunities for growth Represent marketing within their cross functional teams against the development and deployment of key brand initiatives and activations Monitor brand expenditures and manage the advertising, campaigns and broader marketing budget Scope, plan, and deliver external and internal assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to the area of responsibility Conduct post evaluation of activities, extracting insights to develop lessons learned and recommend changes for future brand activity
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate displays strong interpersonal skills and understands marketing, sales, and customer needs. S/He will have a business acumen and develop innovative strategies to drive collaboration among teams to achieve business goals. Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing activation and brand campaign execution, with good understanding and exposure to various marketing channels Proven experience managing and developing a small team Passion for brands and desire to leave a mark. Bring a mindset of purpose and sustainability into product and communication development Strong influencing and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a proactive, positive and constructive manner Proven analytic skills. Must be comfortable mining and analyzing data, then developing clear and actionable conclusions/recommendations turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking. Proficient in managing complex projects. Well organized, good at prioritization, attentive to details, clear oral and written communicator Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong business mindset Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening). This includes ability to give effective presentations to all levels of management
