About the Brand Marketing Manager Role: Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for strengthening the profile and contributing to the goals of the bank\'s global commercial business through integrated marketing programmes. You will be working directly with senior leadership team members to make a significant impact on client facing marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that effectively position transaction banking products and services, driving customer engagement, retention, and acquisition
Work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams globally to develop strategic plans to deliver business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including articles, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials
Drive the success of digital marketing initiatives by leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across online and offline platforms to maximise reach and impact
Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring the highest ROI on all marketing initiatives
Develop and manage brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Oversee and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality outputs
Analyse and report on marketing performance, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
To succeed in this Brand Marketing Manager position, you must have experience delivering 360 campaigns, with strong writing and communication skills, project management skills and confidence in presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Eight or more years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and communications
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for financial products or services, preferably in the transaction banking industry
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth
Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to create engaging, informative, and persuasive marketing materials
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
Proficiency in project management, with the ability to effectively plan, organise, and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to confidently express ideas and engage with senior stakeholders on a global level
Previous exposure to global, matrixed work environment is advantageous
