Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform strategy.
Define and refine brand positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, creative, sales) to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
Guide the development of brand guidelines and ensure their application across internal and external touchpoints.
Monitor brand performance, audience perception, and engagement metrics; report on brand health and effectiveness.
Lead or support brand campaigns, product launches, and rebranding initiatives as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, branding best practices, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma, A-Level Certificate, or Degree.
Strong understanding of branding principles, positioning, and storytelling.
Experience conducting and interpreting market research and consumer insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, brand tracking tools, and/or analytics platforms is a plus.
