We sell to restaurants, canteens, meat processors, and commissaries that need a reliable and consistent frozen meat supplier.BRIEF DESCRIPTIONThe Brand Supervisor will be responsible for formulating and implementing the marketing campaigns of the assigned products to build brand reputation and drive customer engagement. The position will see to it that key marketing objectives such as brand awareness, market share, margins, and customer loyalty are achieved.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY1. Creates, executes, and manages brand strategy and campaigns.2. Makes and recommends product plans - product development/improvements, conducting taste tests, managing concept tests.3. Sets and recommends price plans - pricing analysis, GP analysis, pricing structure, discounting scheme.4. Sets and recommends distribution plans.5. Recommends sales promotion plans and sets guidelines for implementation, including advertising plans and trade activities (e.g. product sampling, special events and sponsorships, food exhibits/expo, village to village, house to house, etc.).6. Develops marketing and merchandising materials and set guidelines for use/implementation.7. Makes product and sales monitoring and analysis.8. Recommends sales forecast and targets.9. Monitors competitors' marketing mix (e.g. promotional activities, pricing, new products, etc.)10. Conducts consumer and market research, including partner check-ins and submits findings and recommendations.11. Measures and reports on success of marketing campaigns12. Makes and recommends marketing budget for the assigned productsQUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in brand management or brand marketing, preferably in FMCG / Retail / Food industry
  • Experience in conducting market/consumer research
  • Solid experience in developing and managing branding/brand activation campaigns
  • Creative
  • Trend and tech/social media savvy
