Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development of both digital and print assets across various touchpoints, helping to bring our skincare and beauty campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design a range of marketing materials including concept boards, packaging artwork, brochures, video assets, and presentation decks Develop monthly assets for e-commerce and social media platforms (product visuals, banners, lifestyle content) Create POSM and retail materials such as glorifiers, shelf strips, banners, and product mock-ups Assist in the design of influencer kits, sampling cards, and gift packaging for launch campaigns Support the production of digital assets for emailers, microsites, and online ads Provide basic photo editing, layout support, and visual direction for campaign visuals and event collaterals Coordinate with vendors for artwork finalization, printing, and production when needed

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Predominantly Photoshop and Illustrator) Experience in Figma Strong eye for layout, typography, and branding Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a bonus, but not mandatory * A good sense of aesthetics and passion for the beauty industry is highly valued
