Job Description
: Working shift: 4am (for Hotel Restaurant)
- To be responsible for the breakfast preparation and set up.
- To take control of the breakfast preparation and set up
- To manage the breakfast service and assisting with lunch mise-en-place
- To ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipes and to the correct quantity.
- To ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Report to Executive Chef .
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Singaporeans only.
- Possess relevant professional qualifications.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
- Able to work independently & a good team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5 days work week.
- Be willing to work on 4am shift, weekends and public holidays
