To manage the breakfast service and assisting with lunch mise-en-place
To ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipes and to the correct quantity.
To ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Report to Executive Chef .
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Singaporeans only.
Possess relevant professional qualifications.
At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
Able to work independently & a good team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5 days work week.
Be willing to work on 4am shift, weekends and public holidays
