Job Description


: Working shift: 4am (for Hotel Restaurant)

  • To be responsible for the breakfast preparation and set up.
  • To take control of the breakfast preparation and set up
  • To manage the breakfast service and assisting with lunch mise-en-place
  • To ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipes and to the correct quantity.
  • To ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Report to Executive Chef .
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Singaporeans only.
  • Possess relevant professional qualifications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
  • Able to work independently & a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 5 days work week.
  • Be willing to work on 4am shift, weekends and public holidays
